The Active Directory/Exchange administrator will provide support, implementation, and design services for Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services, Active Directory Federation Services, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Identity Manager and Windows-based systems across the enterprise, including directory and identity management solutions. Resolves and appropriately completes assigned cases and change requests and acts as an escalation for support issues. Applies new solutions through research and collaboration with team and determines course of action for new application initiatives. Implements new software solutions as required by the business. The core infrastructure technology duties include enterprise Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services and Active Directory Federation Services, Microsoft Identity Manager, Microsoft Office 365, and Windows file services architecture creation and management, global system security and policy configuration, and top-level support for enterprise-wide initiatives.
This role requires an in-depth knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services and Active Directory Federation Services, Active Directory Certificate Authority, Microsoft Identity Manager, Windows Server, Windows security, AD Proxy, Virtual Directory solutions and related technology.

Be responsible for evaluation, validation, and execution of application packaging.
Follow policies and procedures regarding application evaluation, packaging, testing, and distribution.
Work with team to ensure that thorough application compatibility testing and reporting is conducted.
Work with application owners and project teams to gather and document requirements.
Ability to relay complex technical concepts to a wide audience.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.

Active directory, 2003, 2008, 2008R2, 2012 & 2012R2 Enterprise Administration
MS exchange 2003/2007/2010 and Office 365
Experience in Monitoring and Reporting tools
Administration using PowerShell for AD, Exchange, and O365.
Deep understanding on HA for Exchange, including LCR, CCR and DAG
Strong understanding and experience with Messaging Office 365
Certification like MCSA / MCSE / MCTS / MCITP in Exchange.
Strong understanding and experience with MS Exchange 2003/2007/2010 in an enterprise environment including backup and restore procedures
Administer AD Sites and Services
Administer AD Domains and Trusts
Group Policy Management
DNS and DHCP Administration
Cross forest migration
Directory services
Active Directory process automation
Windows and Active Directory PowerShell scripting
Transfer/Seize FSMO roles
KCC and Replication troubleshooting
Good working knowledge with various System tools.
Good understanding of permission's delegation.
Azure Active directory administration
Create logon scripts
Extend schema/Schema Management
Security events auditing.
