We're currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager to lead external pipeline development for the Product Engineering division.
This position requires a passion for data integrity, people development, relationship building, and product branding.
You'll leverage your background as a hands-on recruiting SME to influence best practices at scale.
With a recent background directly managing top performers, you'll have an opportunity to coach/develop a team of world class EV talent sourcers.
The focus will be on Hardware Engineering, ideal backgrounds will include functional staffing experience with BIW, Interiors, Exteriors, Chassis, Powertrain, Vehicle Development, Battery, Safetyetc.

You Will:
Drive candidate generation for all verticals within the Hardware Engineering group.
Manage a team of talent sourcers to streamline productivity.
Create pipeline channels for passive talent.
Centralize a support dashboard for stakeholder visibility.
Define a process to trigger sourcing support at scale.
Design creative outreach campaigns to attract niche candidates.
You Bring:
4
years of dedicated heads-down talent sourcing experience or equivalent work experience.
4
years of direct people management experience in a relevant hardware or software verticals (Electric Vehicle, OEM, Autonomous Drivingect).
Ability to work independently and sort through ambiguity.
Ability to work hybrid out of our Newark, CA office.
Preference EV, AV or Automotive recruiting experience.
Hybrid flexibility to work onsite (HQ) as appropriate.
Strong data hygiene.
Salary Range:
The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
