Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Project Manager with expertise in the IT Service Management (ITSM) module to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications industry.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of ServiceNow implementation, project management, and a proven track record of successfully delivering ITSM projects.
Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
Ensure successful execution of projects from initiation to closure, meeting all milestones and deliverables.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and other business units, to understand requirements and align project objectives with organizational goals.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project progress.
ServiceNow Expertise :
Leverage deep knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM module to guide and advise on best practices, configuration, and customization.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the project team in implementing ServiceNow solutions tailored to the telecom industry.
Risk Management :
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Implement strategies to manage change effectively and minimize potential disruptions.
Quality Assurance :
Establish and enforce quality standards for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Conduct regular assessments and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Training And Documentation :
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and support teams on ServiceNow ITSM functionalities.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and testing documentation.
Continuous Improvement :
Stay current with industry trends and updates related to ServiceNow and ITSM best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ServiceNow :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Project Management certification is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in the telecommunications industry.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other IT systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
