Assists w/ administration of all employee benefits prgms:
enrollments, changes & terminations, ID cards, & enrollment form accuracy.
Coord benefit enrollment data w/ 3rd party providers, processing reqd docs timely & accurately.
Maintain employee personnel & medical files.
Perform general customer service functions incl answering questions & clarifying & enforcing co.
policies & procedures.
Act as a backup for the Recruiter performing onboarding responsibilities associated w/ the hiring process (interviews, scheduling orientation, prep'n of paperwork, file prep'n, etc.
) Complete Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation & maintains I-9 files.
Assist w/ employee complaints & concerns, termination paperwork, & final/adjustment checks.
Complete unemployment claims, VOE's, & other reqd processes.
Reqs:
BA in HR, Psychology, or another rltd field w/ 6 months of related exp.
Wage is $62,733/yr.
