The ADAS/AD is currently seeking a Sr.
SW Engineer in the mapping and navigation team who is passionate about solving problems for L2/3/4 cars with a strong background in software design and embedded systems.

ResponsibilitiesWork in a world-class Autonomous Driving and ADAS teamIntegrate and build mapping software stack with the overall ADAS systemContribute to the systems requirements and identify performance metrics for individual componentsWork closely with other teams to ensure a seamless and robust implementation and deployment of mapping products for ADASBuild and extend ADAS software testing infrastructure to support developmentSupport the production validation and verification of the mapping pipelineRequired Qualifications;Bachelor in the areas of Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics5
years of experience in developing high quality software in one or more of the following areas related to mapping and navigation for ADAS / ADCC+
programming experience and knowledge of object-oriented programmingExperience with real time operating systems Experience with CAN and Automotive Ethernet communication protocolsExcellent communication skills and teamwork skills, and experience in working in agile development teamsExperience with version control systemPreferred QualificationsMaster
3 years experience or Ph.
D with no experienceExperience with HD/SD maps and or GPS/IMUExperience with languages like Java and PythonExperience in component and system integration, testing and verification on system and vehicle levelTrack record of delivering Robotics or AV software product.
Knowledge of Middle ware systems like ROSSalary Range:
The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
